When will my account be suspended if I am past due

If Netrouting does not receive payment within two (3) days of the invoice being due, your account will be accessed a late fee of 10% of your invoice amount and your account will be subject to suspension. After seven (7) days your account will be terminated and your data permenantly deleted from our network.

Once your account is brought current including late fees your account will be reactivated. Reactivation is processed immediate for web hosting and VPS hosting plans once payment is made. For other hosting services unsuspension is handled by Netrouting's billing department and will be processed within one business day.
